Excellent. Fast, efficient, friendly. Understands the importance of treating all customers like kings and queens. Like most small businesses, this one is far superior to its chain-store competitors. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

As Sara Wrote, James' Pharmacy is hands down the fastest pharmacy that I've ever been to and I can verify that as a loyal customer only, so there's no chance of bias. (Not to say there is/was on Sara's review, just stating that in case anyone suspects such things) In fact, everything she wrote is 100% accurate & true. The only time I've ever waited longer than 10 minutes is when there was an issue with contacting insurance for authorization or the prescribing doctor and once it's cleared up on the other end, your taken care of before you know it. It's like a super pharmacy. Additionally, as I mentioned on another review. James' Pharmacy is one of a few locations that have endured the changing climate of Light Street over the years. Approximately, ..I wanna say, 8ish years ago (if not a little more) they used to be at 1121 Light Street where the Light Street Cafe is currently located; at the time of this post. The current building of James' Pharmacy was built from the ground up. Out of an empty lot into what is today; and rather quickly if I can recall accurately. By doing so they gave the place a fresh look to better comfort the customers while they wait, which still isn't that long to begin with. Besides that, it provided all of the former & current employee's a more organized work environment, all while adding a small buffer between the Doc and the patients. As there didn't used to be one and he was constantly bombarded with people approaching him while he attempted to do his job instead of depending on the expertise of the ladies who were/are there for that very purpose. The only complaint I can possibly think of about James' Pharmacy now is.. the cat is gone..

The best pharmacy experience ever! Free pick up and delivery. Expert pharmacists - one caught a medication I was prescribed that would have interacted with a daily medication before he began to fill my script. Kind and patient staff and delivery drivers. Baltimore is so lucky to have James Pharmacy!

The best ever pharmacy!!! Always a joy and pleasure to be a customer of here. Ms. Nicole you rock!!!! Everyone is professional polite and understanding. I love it. I've had them since 2014 and I love it!!!❤️❤️❤️

Helpful, Friendly, and Knowledgeable. Great Pharmacy. I find their delivery option a huge convenience, and for blind users, or those who cannot see the tiny print on medicine, the ScripTalk system they offer makes handling medication a much safer and more convenient process.

I've been going to James Pharmacy for at least 40 years ever since they where on the corner of Fort Avenue and Riverside and everyone treated you very nice then they moved to light Street and still everyone was very nice until they sold the pharmacy and a new owner took over and his name is SID and he is very, very nice and he makes sure you get all your medications when you're supposed to but the staff that works down there some of them are very rude and when you're done talking to them on the phone and say goodbye that don't say anything and I think that's very rude and when you tell them to send out all your medication's and when you get your mediation it's always missing one or two prescriptions then you got to pay another copay and when they need to do is get rid of those girls and hire new ones.

great local pharmacy and my charges have all been lower than they were at cvs so far, i wait less and my prescription is ready faster too. they also deliver for free if you’re in the city.

I've been getting my prescriptions from James pharmacy since I was a little girl... I'm now 58 years old. Talk about time flying 😁! The pharmacist are helpful , especially if I call with a question about a medication. Thanks James's pharmacy 🙂 …
